Return Policy

Unopened and unused CourtKits may be returned for a full refund within 30-days of purchase. CourtKits must be in their original plastic wrapping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Reach out to hello@courtkit.com to initiate a return. Whoopsie Kits are final sale.

Can CourtKit be installed outdoors?

Yes, CourtKit can be installed on almost any outdoor surface including materials such as asphalt, cement, acrylic, tennis court, and wood. In general, the more surface area the tape has to grab onto, the better adhesion the tape will have.

Can CourtKit be removed?

CourtKit is considered semi-permanent but can be removed. While it may be reused after removal, it is not recommended as the adhesion will not be as strong. CourtKit tape does not leave a residue after being removed.

Is CourtKit waterproof?

Yes, CourtKit is waterproof. We have successfully tested CourtKit various weather conditions, including rainstorms and standing water.

How long does it take to install CourtKit?

The quick installation process is one of the best things about CK!  It should take two people about one hour to install, not including any time you put into prepping the surface beforehand.

Are CourtKit lines PPA Tour & USA Pickleball compliant?

Yes, our lines are 2" wide and follow the PPA Tour & USA Pickleball court dimensions.

How does CourtKit compare to duct tape?

CourtKit tape is completely different than duct tape. It is significantly more adhesive and proven to be waterproof and weatherproof, unlike duct tape. CourtKit lines will not peel up after being played on. We have several customers who have had their courts in place for over a year, even surviving winter snow and are in perfect condition.
